Unique milestone for Kuwait Airways
Kuwait Airways has reached an unique milestone by becoming the world's first airline to operate both Airbus A330neo-types as it took delivery of its first A330-900. This aircraft, 9K-APJ (2081), arrived at Kuwait on 10 December 2024.
The aircraft is the first of seven A330-900s the airline has on order and joins a fleet of four A330-800s. Furthermore, the fleet of Kuwait Airways is made up of two A320s, nine A320neos, and ten Boeing B777-300ERs.
