Airbus Updates No.3738

Pegasus increases A321neo-orders

In a stock exchange filing on 30 June, Pegasus announces it has signed an agreement with Airbus for additional A321neos. This time, the airline has ordered eight more of them. Last year October, Pegasus also ordered additional A321neos.

With this latest order, the Turkish carrier now ordered a total of 72 A321neos. It also has secured five leases for the type, bringing the expected total to 77. A total of sixteen A321neos have been delivered so far and all remaining ones should have arrived before the end of 2025.

Pegasus will use the new A321neos to replace older aircraft in the fleet, which today also consists of nine A320s, 46 A320neos and 22 B737-800s.
