Airbus Updates No.3092

 1st flight for 1st Tigerair Taiwan A320neo




Tigerair Taiwan will soon become an A320neo-operator now that it's first aircraft took to the skies on 11 March. The aircraft is currently registered F-WWIR (10682) and will become B-50021 once delivered.

The airline has ordered seven A320neos directly with Airbus and also has signed lease-agreements for another eight A320neos. Tigerair Taiwan, which is owned by China Airlines, currently has a fleet of eleven A320s. It was founded in 2014 and flies from Taiwan to 21 destinations in Japan, Macau, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
