The month in review: June 2020
Airbus’ 2020 gross orders by June 30th totalled 365 aircraft with net orders after cancellations of 298 aircraft. The Company registered no new orders in June 2020.
During the month, 36 deliveries were achieved from the A220, A320 and A350 XWB aircraft families.
In June, Airbus delivered one A220-300 to Air Canada and 31 A320neo Family aircraft including the first A320neo to China Express and first A321neo to VivaAerobús. For Airbus widebody aircraft, four A350-900s were provided, two to Iberia, and one each for Air France and SAS.
Airbus’ backlog of aircraft remaining to be delivered as of June 30th stood at 7,584, comprising 526 A220s, 6,168 A320 Family aircraft (including 6,108 A320neo Family), 321 A330s (including 286 A330neo family), 560 A350 XWBs and nine A380s.
