Incident: TAM A320 near Goiania on May 5th 2011, hydraulic problem

A TAM Linhas Aereas Airbus A320-200, registration PT-MZV performing flight JJ-9364 from Sao Paulo Guarulhos,SP to Caldas Novas,GO (Brazil), diverted to Goiania after the crew reported a low quantity indication for a hydraulic system's reservoir and possible braking problems. The airplane landed safely and taxied to the apron.

The passengers were taken to Caldas Novas by bus.

A Wizzair Airbus A320-200, registration HA-LPT performing flight W6-3141 from Bucharest Baneasa (Romania) to Rome Ciampino (Italy) with 146 people on board, ingested a bird into an engine (V2527) while in the initial climb out of Baneasa's runway 07. The crew levelled off at 2000 feet and returned to Baneasa's runway 07 for a safe landing about 14 minutes after departure.

The flight was subsequently cancelled.
