Philippine Airlines takes delivery of 1st Airbus A350-1000
On 19 December 2025, Philippine Airlines took delivery of a nice Christmas-present, it's very first A350-1000. The aircraft, RP-C3510 (758) was handed-over during a special ceremony and departed for Manila later in the evening.
Philippine Airlines has ordered a total of nine A350-1000s in May 2023, and will use them to replace its fleet of Boeing B777-300ERs.
The newly delivered Airbus joins a fleet that is made-up of sixteen A320s, 22 A321s, eight A321neos, eleven A330-300s, two A350-900s, ten B777-300ERs, and eleven DHC-8-400s.
Next year, the airline is also said to be making a decision on a new widebody-order to replace its A330s.
