Condor (DE, Frankfurt Int'l) has wet-leased an A321-200 from SmartLynx Airlines (6Y, Riga) for summer 2019, Skyliner Aviation has reported.
The 208-seat aircraft, YL-LCY (msn 4461), was positioned from Kaunas to Hanover on May 10, 2019, and subsequently started flights on behalf of the German leisure specialist the day after.
Condor is already wet-leasing one A320-200 from Avion Express (X9, Vilnius), six A320-200s from sister carrier Thomas Cook Airlines Balearics (H5, Palma de Mallorca), six A321-200s from another sister firm Thomas Cook Aviation (H3, Frankfurt Int'l), and one A330-200 from AirTanker (9L, Brize Norton). The airline's in-house fleet includes seven A320-200s, three A321-200s, fifteen B757-300s, and sixteen B767-300(ER)s.
