SCOOT BECOMES LATEST AIRBUS A321NEO OPERATOR.
On 28 June, Scoot became the latest A321neo-operator conducting its first commercial flight with 9V-NCA (10229). This particular A321neo was delivered to Singapore on 28 May 2021 and is leased via BOC Aviation. Two more have since then joined but are currently being prepared for entry into service.
Scoot is expecting a total of sixteen A321neos, ten leased and six ordered directly with Airbus. The type is configured in an all-Economy lay-out that can seat up to 236 passengers.
